WBSA/EGAFC is a Northern California youth Soccer and Coaching Academy. The Academy provides year round
clinics, camps, and skill development programs. We also specialize in setting up
and running soccer programs for pre-school, kindergarten and public/private
schools. Our services are designed for youth players of all ages and all skill
levels. WBSA/EGAFC is committed to ensuring all Players, Coaches and Parents of
Players - strive for soccer excellence while maximizing their individual abilities in
a fun, safe, and positive learning environment. Our staff is large and
specialized – to ensure that we can assist our customers in training soccer
players of all ages and skill levels.
Our vision is to provide an opportunity for young players to learn, compete and
win while enjoying the game of soccer. Our goal is to reach all kids from four years
old just learning the game to the fourteen/fifteenth year old starting high
school and preparing for a college career (scholarship) to the eighteen year old
dreaming of playing for the new womans proffessional soccer league (WPS), Major League Soccer (MLS) and the U.S. National Team.
WBSA/EGAFC has created a quality-training program that focuses on teaching
development. The program is designed to give confidence and footwork skills
(with and without the ball), helping to create a solid base.

Our owner/director, and staff have numerous years of
coaching and playing experience in all parts of the world. We have put together
a large staff of quality coaches to run our programs and we believe that every
player has endless potential to improve given the correct coaching, the right
attitude, and the creation of a fun and stimulating environment. We look forward
to hearing from you or seeing you at one of our many programs very soon. WBSA/EGAFC is
very proud to offer a variety of winter, spring and Summer Programs for all ages
(8-16 & Adult Camps) and all skill levels. Our training/camps take place at a
variety of locations in Northern California.

DIRECTOR'S PROFILES
Raymond Harris is a certificate
instructor (Mexico) for youth development, “A” License (Mexico); USSF “B”
License and a certificate in National/Advanced/Premier Diploma(NSCAA).
Harris has over 15 years experience teaching boys and girls the game of soccer. Harris
also has 5 years of high school coaching experiences at Rio Americano HS (2003-04) and Elk Grove HS (2004-09) and was recently nominated the Coach of the Year (2007) . Currently he trains, assists all levels of soccer and coaches competitive soccer. Harris played professionally for 15 years in Costa Rica and Mexico and was part the Costa Rican National Team (1995-98 Costa Rica). Harris also played for the Sacramento Knights and has been nominated the best defender two years straight. Harris was also invited to be part of the Northwest Conference ALL- STAR-TEAM (2005-06)...

WBSA/EGAFC has created a quality-training program that focuses on teaching

provide advanced soccer training. 1. Learn: to develop the natural ability,
footwork skills, and to create a solid soccer foundation. 2. Compete: to help
the player understand that the first competition is within themselves. 3. Win:
to teach the player that the winning is combined with hard work and teamwork.
Employment at WBSA/EGAFC
WBSA/EGAFC is always seeking qualified professional training and coaching staff. WBSA/EGAFC
is a year-round soccer services organization. We service all levels and types of
soccer training and coaching throughout the Sac-Metro area. We are looking for
coaches who are enthusiastic, dedicated, and have a genuine passion for the game
of soccer. Playing and coaching experience is necessary. In addition, coaching
licenses are preferred but not essential.
We will train you and provide opportunities for USSF coaching license courses.
