Individual Training
WBSA is pleased to offer individual and small group training in addition to our
organized team training programs. Small group training is designed to improve a
player's technical skill level, tactical awareness, physical fitness, and mental
preparedness. Our training program can be designed to fit the specific needs of
your player(s). WBSA's trainers can specialize in specific areas (strikers,
goalkeeping, defending, creative play, first touch, fitness etc.)
We can also work with a smaller group from one team concentrating on improving
their teamwork skills and in building confidence and trust between players The
goal of the program is two fold -- to increase the playing level of each player
through focused training and low coach-player ratio; and to enable players to
continue to train year-round, minimizing their “down time”. Please note that this
program takes place at locations provided by WBSA.
